Our adventure started through the back yard gate with our great friend Louis, the former "Beeman of Morrisville". Lou was 80 years old, had recently lost his beloved wife, and we were his new best friends. We couldn't be happier about it! Lou knew bees by the book, an awesome educator, mentor and friend. Our 1st year of keeping we lost our one an only huge, gorgeous hive overnight from pesticides. The experience emboldened us to do what we could to assist their survival. Our cover image, our poster girl, was taken the night before the devastation. The love has grown from day 1. Our passion, our mission, a true gift from nature.

We are firm believers in organic gardening, healthy living, and being stewards to the earth. We acknowledge the role that honeybees play in our day to day lives, from the food on our table, to serving as beacons to the state of health of our environmental surround.
We also know pollinators face an abundance of challenges, from poor nutrition, pests and pathogens, pesticides, and extreme weather patterns. Their survival truly takes a village.
